The Municipal Prosecutor is appointed by the City Council and serves at its pleasure.  The Municipal Prosecutor consults with the City Attorney on matters pertaining to the enforcement of the ordinances of the City.  The Municipal Prosecutor reviews all citations issued by the Police and Code Enforcement and represents the City in the prosecution and settlement of cases that come before the Municipal Judge.
