The Code Clerk is answers to the City Treasurer and is responsible for receiving and handling code and animal complaints, issuing licenses and permits, maintaining records of the Building & Code Department and answering questions from the public. The Code Clerk assists the Building Inspector, the City Treasurer and other administrative staff as needed.
