THE OKLAHOMA OPEN MEETING ACT
It is the public policy of the State of Oklahoma, to encourage and facilitate an informed citizenry's understanding of the governmental process and governmental problems.
Title 25 §§ 301 and 314, known as the "Oklahoma Open Meeting Act", requires that all public bodies shall give notice in writing by December 15th of each calendar year of the schedule showing the date, time and place of the regularly scheduled meetings of such public bodies. Listed herein are the meeting dates and times for all public bodies of the City of The Village. Meetinga are held at The Village City Hall, 2304 Manchester Dr., The Village, Oklahoma. Occaisionally, the City Council hold a special meeting at another location in the City. Agendas for these special meetings will specify the location of the special meeting.
