Do not park vehicles on the grass.
Do not park the wrong way on the street.
Do not park any vehicle on the street for more than 24 hours at a time.
Do not let your grass get too high. Mow it often.
Do not blow grass clippings or leaves into the street.
Rake and remove leaves in Autumn.
Do not allow trees and shrubs to encroach on your neighbor’s property.
Edge your curb and gutter and keep gutters free of grass, dirt, and other debris.
Remove dead trees and shrubs and weed your flower beds.
Do not leave appliances, trash, junk, and other debris in public view.
Do not litter.
Repair or replace dilapidated fences.
Do not keep dismantled, junk, or inoperable vehicles (including vehicles with flat tires) in your driveway or in view of the public.
Do not allow the paint on your home to deteriorate and peel. More than 5% peeling of paint is unlawful.
Do not put your garbage or recycling to the curb more than 24 hours before pickup and do not leave carts and containers at curbside after pickup.
Keep your garbage and recycling container tightly-closed at all times.
Eliminate standing and stagnant water to prevent odors and the breeding of mosquitoes.
Do not speed, especially in residential neighborhoods and school zones.
Do not bother your neighbors with noisy parties and loud music. If you can hear your boom box outside of your vehicle, it’s too loud.
Don’t allow your children to be out after curfew.

Observe the leash law, which applies to both cats & dogs. Take your pooper scooper with you when walking your dog and scoop the poop!
Real estate signs, political signs, garage sale signs, etc., must be 12’ back from the curb.
Maintain visible house numbers for emergency personnel.
Constant barking of dogs is a nuisance. Take steps to keep your dogs quiet.
